Night of Scientists @ SITOLA

On the last Friday of September, our laboratory participated in the Night of Scientists (Noc vědců), the nationwide event popularizing science.

We presented the 8K resolution video transmission over computer networks using UltraGrid. Moreover, visitors could try on their own how the latency in transmission influence the real-time communication on the Extreme Tux Racer game. With over the 700 visitors registered at the faculty, the event was one of the biggest in the last couple of years.
